Registration for Fall Sports (Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Fall Baseball and Fall Softball) will be held from 9am to 12pm at Cove Park on the following dates: Saturday 7/23

Saturday 8/6 Tackle football only: your son MUST come with you to signups to receive his equipment!If your son is playing tackle football, he MUST have a physical examination before he may participate. Physicals are being offered on Saturday July 30 from 8am to 11am at SportsMed (4715 Whitesburg Drive). Registration for Eastern League Fall sports is now closed. It was held at Cove Park on July 24th, July 31st and August 7th from 9:00 AM to NOON. Fall sports include: Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Fall Baseball and Fall Softball. Important Football Information. Football practice will start on Monday August 2nd. This is the Monday after the 2nd Saturday of sign-ups. If you are interested in playing football, it is important to go ahead and sign-up on July 24th or July31st. Please remember that we MUST have a physical before your son can practice this week. Sports physicals are being offered next week at the New Hope Children's Clinic on Monday Aug 9, Tuesday Aug 10, and Wednesday Aug 11 from 9-12. Please call 256-723-HOPE (4673) to make an appointment. The cost is $10.

2009 City Champions - Eastern 6U Flag Cougars!! |

The Eastern 6U Flag Cougars were the regular season champions and won the City Championship in the Metro Tournament. The roster of the 6U Flag Cougars includes Conner Bowles, Brayden Bradley, Tyler Carlisle, Ross Dahlberg, Xavier Fuell, Luke Guyette, Blake Helton, Riley Johnston, Carter Kimbrough, Jason Mann, Zach Neill, Barrett Newman, Clayton Persall, Alex Roman, Hudson Storey, John Bennett Swearingen, Gregory Tucker, Houston Turney, and Coach Benny Helton. Cost $10 (benefits the middle school)We MUST have a physical on file for your son before he can begin practicing in pads next week. Please make arrangements to either attend the HCMS physicals or see his physician.The physical form can be found under FORMS on the left menu or at the following link.
