Congratulations to the Eastern Red Coach Pitch team for winning the City All Star Tournament. The Eastern Coach Pitch Red team started out the CP tourney with a tough Patriot team in pool play. They were winning most of the game, however gave up some runs in the later innings and had to come back to win in the 6th inning. After winning their other pool play games, they were the #2 seed. With some stellar defense and great hitting throughout the tournament, they faced the best teams in the city and went undefeated to win the 2008 Coach Pitch City Championship. |
