The following policy provides content guidelines for the official Huntsville Eastern League Web site: Hsv-Eastern-League.Org.Web Guidelines

1. Pictures of children which display the name of the child, (i.e. uniforms with their name clearly visible) or in any way link the name of a child with his/her picture is not permitted.
2. Team rosters are permitted, as long as no address or phone number information is provided. Phone numbers of Managers and Coaches is permitted.
3. Content must be submitted or approved by a board member or appointed officer. Board members should receive electronic copies of all content placed on the web.
4. Information displayed on the web site will not be provided to any third party for the purposes of marketing, etc.
5. Any park official, manager, or coach must follow these guidelines and notify the board of the existence of a web site utilizing Cove Park material (team rosters, pictures, etc.).
